FAST 150
The LGR FAST 150 perforating machine has been designed and built for the execution of large diameter holes for the passage of the diamond wire, and for the execution of coring for probing stone materials in general.
The high drilling speed, the use of crowns with stratapax and the practicality of use are the characteristics that have made it possible to obtain greater precision and high performance in drilling.
The machine is mounted on two steel guide columns, ground and chromed.
The sliding bushings are in alloy bronze, lubricated and protected by suitable dust shields.
The electric motor for drilling has variable speed thanks to the installation of the inverter thus allowing to adjust the rotation speed adapting it to the diamond tools and to the various types of materials.
The quick locking clamp allows an easy and easy ascent of the pipes from the hole.
The tube guide system allows to obtain very precise holes.
The advancement of the drilling and the rising of the pipes from the hole are made by means of the hydraulic cylinder operated by an electro-hydraulic control unit. On a single transportable structure there is the hydraulic power unit, the electrical panel, the feed tube holder, the service keys and also the perforating unit, simplifying handling. The anchoring to the ground for vertical drilling or to the wall for the horizontal hole, takes place by means of adjustable chains and tensioners, which guarantee a stable and secure hold.
In addition to the execution of total destruction holes, the machine can be equipped with hollow tools for coring and for boreholes.
